gem has been successful in achieving gold standard for Investors In People (IIP). At the time we were one of only six Northern Ireland companies to gain this achievement. IIP is a business standard sponsored by the Department of Employment and Learning. It measures how we can manage change through the development of our people, promotes continuous improvement. gem first achieved accreditation in September 2006.
