SeeSaw TV and gem begin a new partnership

gem is pleased to announce the beginning of a new partnership with SeeSaw.
SeeSaw is a new online TV service which has launched to the public with over 3,000 hours of high quality TV programmes, available for free. SeeSaw’s ambition is to become a household name in TV entertainment and will be targeting a family audience with TV from a range of content providers including catch up and archive from Channel 4, and Five, and BBC Worldwide.
gem staff will be providing Inbound Customer Support via email using the new Synthesys system.
The service is due to launch in February after completing a closed beta testing phase.
