Happy 10th Birthday gem...

On Wednesday 17th February 2010 gem celebrated its 10th Birthday.
On 17th February 2000 a gem agent sent the first email in response to a customer enquiry. Since then gem has grown to more than 800 employees in Northern Ireland with four offices – two in Belfast, one in Derry and one in Debrecen, Hungary. gem is recognised nationally and internationally as a leading developer of best practice in contact centres.
gem CEO and founder Philip Cassidy said "It is amazing to think that this time 10 years ago we were just starting out as a company and 10 years on we have been listed in the top 50 companies in Northern Ireland and are doing business with top companies around the world."
