Play.com is one of the UK’s leading On-line retailers and has been working in partnership with gem since July 2006. The volume and complexity of work has steadily increased and therefore the FTE has increased as well.
Currently gem handle calls, e-mails, account security checking, returns processing and white mail lost item claim forms for Play.com as well as managing fraud prevention processes at weekends and holidays.
